Fee Structure
Payment processing fees are charged on all bookings and vary based on the payment method used by your guests.
Processing Fees by Card Type
European Economic Area (EEA) Cards
2.0%for standard European Economic Area cards
2.4%for premium European Economic Area cards
International Cards
3.0%for UK cards+ 2% if currency conversion is required
3.75%for international cards+ 2% if currency conversion is required
Payout Schedule
Direct bookings:within 48 hours of the booking
Bookings from Flataway network:within 48 hours of check-in
Important Notice
Flataway reserves the right to change these payment processing fees at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any fee changes take effect. All bookings made prior to the notice or within the 30-day notice period will be charged at the existing fee rates.
